Marrakesh memories. Here comes my Marrakech Travel Vlog. I’d already uploaded it before Christmas but the video was deleted right after. I didn’t use the right music and it’s such a pity because the song fit much better than this one. Yesterday, I finally cut it again and here is the result.

I spent the last days of the year back home in South Tyrol and it was the best Christmas holidays in years. I’ve done so much and enjoyed every minute being outdoor in the nature (like I told you in the last post – more pictures will follow within this week). Let’s start with last months review now…

2017. Welcome to the New Year! I wish you all the best and hopefully all your dreams and wishes for 2017 will come true. 2017 will be a year of achievements (as I’ve heard in the radio).
Sorry for being MIA the past week up here on the blog but I suppose you weren’t spending much time in front of the computer either. We still don’t have any internet at home and used up all my mobile data immediately. I just got back from ten wonderful days back home in South Tyrol and I’m full with energy again. The weather was just amazing – sunny all the time! I was outdoor every single day and it felt so good to be away from all the daily stuff. I went skiing four times (even more than my last year’s total) and hiking with friends. Of course, a little Holiday recap will be online this week. I shot so many pictures with my phone, which I definitely need to show you. Funnily I haven’t even switched on my camera once (I don’t even know why I brought it).
So let’s kick off this year with a fresh new look. This one is probably one of my favorite in a while. Irina just caught the perfect shots. A huge thank you for helping me out all the time! I spotted this beautiful Stefanel skirt in the sales and looks so glamourous. Given the fact, that it’s quite light I definitely need to wear something warmer underneath and my black overknees keep me warm enough. Hope you’ve enjoyed this first look and I’m excited to show you a lot more inspiration this year.

January starts like most of the years super quiet. The first entry of the year was this look here. 2015 we’d moved to our new flat and you always loved the interior posts. Therefore, the year started with a little insight into our bedroom with the most comfortable mattress (unfortunately the company no longer exists – read more about it in the post).

Well, the first months of the year are always quite outfit-heavy. As soon as the cold months would have been over, travels start again. One beautiful collaboration was the Winter’s Gold evening with Dalwhinnie. Beautiful table decoration and the food was amazing.

Finally, the travels were about the start. Beforehand, I’ve posted this delicious Smoothie-Recipe with coconut yoghurt and pineapple. My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in Rome followed by two days in Paris and afterwards I flew to Barcelona with my girls. Why have I never been in this city before? So beautiful! For Easter we drove to Vienna to visit my brother and after that my two-weeks-travels were over.

In April a couple of more Paris entries followed and the Hotel Thérèse was one of my favorite hotels. In April I drove to the Ingolstadt Village and I chatted with Eva Padberg & Sara Nuru about shoes. Also, a small beauty post was published with my all time favorite cleansing products. And I finally photographed the first wedding of the year.

One of the most popular article was definitely my experience with braces for adults. And a second part will follow soon! In April I could finally tick another destination up from the list: a press trip to the South of Croatia. The articles were published in May. Can you believe that I’ve never been in Croatia before? Moreover, Weleda invited a bunch of blogger girls to Mallorca. The Font Santa Hotel was probably one of the prettiest that I’ve ever been before. We were a great group and I wishes we could’ve stayed longer.

After Croatia I also had the pleasure to discover the region of Portoroz – Piran on a four-day press trip. Slovenia was never really on my spot and I was so positively surprised. Piran is such a gorgoeus little town and I absolutely recommend a visit. Moreover, I had a beautiful collaboration with Alpro and their GoOn curd alternatives.

I hadn’t planend to go to Berlin Fashion Week but La Biosthetique invited to a make over. My hair got a lot shorter and see more here! After Berlin I flew back to Barcelona once again. I haven’t thought that I would come back so soon again. La Roca Village invited to their Designers’ Collective and it was such a nice trip. Afterwards I finally went on vacation to Portugal. However, I couldn’t enjoy it to the fullest as I had my master project in my mind all the time. Nonetheless it was a beautiful vacation.

August started with a little insight into my office space together with Westwing. My mom and I drove for a long weekend to Soelden in Austria. We stayed at the wonderful Das Central Hotel and we couldn’t miss a drive up to the famous IceQ.

Due to the work for my master thesis September was super quiet. However, I could spare some time for the cool Grey Goose Boulangerie. Moreover, I’ve shown you some more impressions from our living room.

I finally handed in my master project. Right after I was so busy with work on the blog, which had accumulated in September. There was still a little bit of time to relax and my mom and I drove to Leogang to discover the cool Mama Thresl. Also, it was my birthday weekend. Like every year, I drove down to South Tyrol with all my Munich friends and spend an amazing Törggele-weekend. And then Moscow was on the plan. The city is just way too beautiful and I want to go back very soon!

November was full with travels again and my mum and I flew to Marakesh for three days. Two weeks later I was already sitting in the plane on the way to Dubai again. All Dubai entries will be online in January then.

After all those travels in 2016 it go quite quiet in December. But the pre-Christmas season rushed by like nothing. It got quite festive up on the blog: a nice Christmas-guide with Fossil and I’ve shown you how to style a sequin top. Moreover I wrote a culinary guide for the Münchner Christkindl Markt. The last posts of the year were my hangover smoothies for the holidays, such as this year’s Christmas look.

Today I have one more holiday look for you: an elegant pleated skirt from Mint & Berry with a cozy fake fur vest from McGregor. I’ll probably wear it on New Year’s Eve but as every year I don’t really have a plan what we’ll do. Either I stay back home and celebrate with my family or drive back to Munich. I haven’t celebrated with my family in ages. I’ll see! And now I’m up to the mountains again. I’m going to hike with my girlfriends.
